Immigration Services
I am Dildeep Sandhu, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB R707818), licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and a Commissioner of Oaths in Ontario.
You do not need a consultation to engage me for the work below. Tell me what you are trying to do, and I will tell you what is involved and what it costs.
Some of these are handled as an application I prepare for you. Others are advisory and are delivered as a session. I will tell you which applies when you get in touch.
Permanent Residence
Express Entry
Profile creation, and the permanent residence application that follows an invitation to apply. This includes reviewing your work history and supporting documents and advising on how they are presented.
Provincial Nominee Programs
Ontario and other provincial streams — expressions of interest, nomination applications, and the federal application that follows a nomination.
Family Sponsorship
Spousal, parent and grandparent, and dependent child sponsorship, including guidance on the relationship and financial evidence these applications turn on.
Temporary Residence
Study Permits
New applications and extensions. Where the study plan is the weaker part of an application, it can be prepared as part of the work.
Work Permits
Post-Graduation Work Permit and extensions, closed work permits (LMIA-based and LMIA-exempt), spousal open work permits, and bridging open work permits.
Visitor Applications
Visitor visas, visitor records, and super visas — including cases with a previous refusal.
Temporary Resident Permits
Where inadmissibility needs to be addressed.
Review and Recovery
These services are advisory. None of them involve acting as your authorized representative before IRCC.
Application Review
You have prepared your own application and want a second opinion before you submit. I go through what you have, share where I think an officer is likely to have questions, and give you my feedback.
Refusal Analysis
An application was refused. I review the refusal and the file and give you my reading of what happened and what your realistic options are.
Do-It-Yourself Guidance
You want to file it yourself but want someone experienced alongside you while you do. Delivered as a working session.
GCMS Notes Review — $150 per application
I obtain and interpret the officer’s notes on your file. Often the clearest picture available of how a decision was actually reached.
NOC Match Audit — $225
A human audit of your NOC classification and the reference letter supporting it. If you would like an automated version first, the NOC Match Pro tool gives you a report for $19.
Study Plan / SOP Writing — $300
Prepared as a standalone service.
Other Services
Citizenship Applications
PR Card Renewal and Permanent Resident Travel Documents
Affidavits and Letters of Invitation
As a Commissioner of Oaths in Ontario, I can commission affidavits and prepare letters of invitation — commonly needed when inviting parents or family to visit Canada.
Procedural Fairness Letter Responses and Reconsideration Requests
LMIA Applications
Employer-side work, handled case by case.
Fees
The prices shown above are fixed.
Everything else depends on the specifics — family size, whether there is a prior refusal, what documentation already exists. Rather than post a figure that may not apply to you, I will give you a quote once I understand what is involved.
To start
Send a WhatsApp message or an email telling me briefly what you are trying to do.
I will come back to you with what is involved and what it costs, and how it is best handled. If it makes sense to proceed, we go from there.
Not sure what you need yet?
If you want advice — which programme suits you, whether you qualify, what your options are — that is a consultation. There are several types depending on what you are dealing with.
