Dil Sandhu — Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
I’m Dil Sandhu, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB R707818) based in the Greater Toronto Area, and a Commissioner of Oaths in Ontario.
I came to Canada as an immigrant myself, so I know what it feels like from your side of the table — the waiting, the conflicting advice, the feeling that everyone online sounds confident and nobody agrees.
Before immigration I spent fifteen years in education and training, in India and in Canada. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA.
After arriving in Canada I graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with the Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures, and completed professional education at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto (U of T).
I work through a file the way an engineer works through a problem: what does the evidence actually say, and what does it not say.
Most people who come to me have already done their homework. They have watched the videos, read the forums, asked friends who went through it. They were not careless — they simply did not know what they did not know. And in immigration it is rarely the 95% you know that causes trouble. It is the 5% you never thought to check.
That is the part I am here for.
I also publish a lot for free — calculators for the major permanent residence and provincial programs, videos explaining how they actually work, and my own analysis of IRCC approval data that I obtain through Access to Information requests. Please use all of it. If it answers your question and you would rather file on your own, that is a good outcome, and I mean that.
And if you would like a second opinion before you commit a year or three to a pathway, you know where to find me.
